Image & Content Rights

By uploading any image or content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have all necessary rights to upload and display it.
• You have obtained consent from every identifiable person shown (for example, a client whose haircut you photograph) to capture their image and display it publicly on your profile and the Service.
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity right, and is not unlawful or objectionable.

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant Snipzs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This license ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in routine backups or where retention is required by law.

If a person shown in an image asks to have it removed, the barber or shop that uploaded it must promptly remove it, and you can also contact us at privacy@snipzs.com. We will assist with removal requests.

You may not upload images that:

• Depict a person without the consent described above.
• Are sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Depict minors inappropriately or without verifiable parental/guardian consent.
• Infringe someone else’s intellectual property.

If you believe content on Snipzs infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@snipzs.com including: identification of the work, the infringing material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your signature. We will respond to valid notices and may remove infringing content.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy. Repeat infringers may be terminated.
