By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Snipzs and the barber or barbershop you interact with. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

For marketing/promotional texts (for example, offers from your barber), we obtain your prior express written consent before sending.

• Transactional: appointment confirmations, reminders, changes, and account or security notices.
• Marketing: promotions, offers, and re-engagement messages from a barber or shop (only with your consent).

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and the senders you interact with.

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop sending you marketing texts. You may still receive essential transactional messages where permitted, or you can contact us to discuss.

To unsubscribe from marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us.

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier’s network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Barbers and shops that send messages through Snipzs are responsible for obtaining valid consent from their clients and for complying with applicable laws, including the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, and carrier requirements. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
